Altenew November 2018 Stamp/Die/Ink/Sticker Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

I am so excited to be joining Altenew today for their November 2018 blog hop and I will be sharing some cards featuring some of the products for this release. So let' get started!!

For today's post, I'm sharing some cards using their new Dandelion Wishes stamp and dies as well as, Wild Ferns stamp and dies.  These are just two of the many some new awesome products being release this month!

 

My first card features the new Wild Ferns stamp and dies. This set includes 3 different style of ferns and it also comes with matching dies to cut your images. I created a background using all three images.

I used Green Fields mini inks set to create the different layers of greens. I arranged my images randomly on an A2 size cardstock. To add interest to my panel,  I did some ink blending using Forest Glades mini ink around the edges of my panel and splattered some black ink as well. I added a sentiment using Halftone - Thanks stamp and die to finish my card.


For my second card, I kept it pretty simple. For this card I used the Dandelion Wishes stamps. I stamped my images on a grey cardstock using white pigment ink and some green for the stem. I added some white ink around the edges to add more interest on my panel. I also used green pencil crayons to make my stem more noticeable on my grey background.

    Stunning cards. I love the dandelion stamped card. It reminds me of being a young child and blowing on them to make a wish. Even though my wishes never came through I continued to blow on them. Your card looks so realistic that I could pick it right now! Thanks for bringing back childhood memories.
